Beautifully crafted and practical, this 'Gabriela' serving fork is made from quality stainless steel head with pewter handle, dishwasher safe. Handmade in Northern Italy by Cosi Tabellini, their artisans have gently aged it - giving it the character of a much used and loved family heirloom.

The pewter handles of Gabriella cutlery are made using a special technique: the molten pewter is directly cast onto the steel tips of the cutlery; this process forms what is really a single element in which the "hardness" of the steel discreetly dissolves into the "soft" surface of the pewter handle, more suitable for contact with the hands.
