Handmade in New Zealand by the very talented Tom Muir. Each knife differs slightly in character but all are made of native salvaged timber. Perfect for the cheese board - the cutting edges are suprisingly sharp.

Each piece comes with a lovely background tag that has information on where it's timber was sourced.

Approximately 30 cm long.

Please keep me out of the dishwasher. Keep me looking good with coconut oil and if I need sharpening use a super fine sandpaper.
