Pricing and Availability
All prices are in NZ Dollars and include 15% GST.
In order to initiate a sale contract between you and us, make a purchase on our website. Once this order process is completed you have offered to buy the goods at the prices indicated as well as any applicable delivery charges. You will be sent an automated order acknowledgement email listing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract will take place on dispatch of the products unless we have notified you that we have not accepted your order or you have changed or cancelled it. Examples of reasons for non-acceptance of an order by us include but are not limited to: we identify a pricing or product description error; the ordered product is out of stock or unavailable; or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
We reserve the right to withdraw or alter any products or policies on this website at any time. Such changes will take effect from the time they are published. Whilst we are constantly reviewing the site to ensure prices and details of products listed are correct, if they are incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund.
We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website or cancelling an order.
We take steps to ensure that all information on this site is accurate and up-to-date. However, any description of the goods is given by way of identification only. We do not warrant that the description of goods or other content of this site is complete, reliable, accurate, current or error-free. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
All images of products are taken as carefully as possible, however a slight variation may occur in size and/or colour specifications. Also, colours may appear slightly different via this website due to individual monitor settings.
Changing an Order
If you need to change an order after it has been submitted call or email us and we should be able to help out if it has not been dispatched yet.
Confirmation and Tracking of Your Order
Once your order has been processed we will send you another email stating that your order and payment have been accepted and dispatched. You will receive a tracking number so that you have the ability to track your order online.
Privacy and Security
We take your privacy seriously. Your name, mailing address, email address or phone number will never be given or sold to a third party.
Information collected for Cranfields mailing list is used only to inform you about new pieces, events and special promotions. For online payments we use the highest security available through our two providers; Paystation and Shopify. No credit card details are kept by Cranfields.
