Every day Cranfields is sending orders throughout New Zealand and Australia.
NZ orders over $149 receive free metro shipping! There are some exclusions for bulky items.

Orders are dispatched on the same working day where possible. All items are tracked but do not require a signature. Most NZ parcels arrive within 1-3 working days from being sent. Allow longer for Rural Delivery.
Gift vouchers have free delivery, note these are electronic. Please contact us if you would like a physical gift voucher instead, these can only be used in-store.
Cranfields are reliant on their delivery partners to ensure your delivery is made as soon as possible. There may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process.
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces not all items are always available. While we endeavour to keep the website’s inventory levels current, sometimes technology lets us down and we are unable to supply an ordered item. If a product ordered is no longer available we will contact you immediately with alternatives. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. For more information please click here.
We are happy to offer exchanges within five days of purchase. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. All items must be in original condition, unworn and with original tags attached. Earrings are not returnable.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed less freight costs and the administration fee (5%) charged by our website host.
If a product is faulty or does not match its description, we will gladly meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide an appropriate remedy.
Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All products are carefully packaged by us to ensure they reach you safely. If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact our courier company directly to sort out any claims.
If you have received a faulty item we will replace the item. If we can not repair or replace in a timely manner, we will refund your money.
Click & Collect is available from our store at 22 Raumati Road, Kapiti Coast. Once you place your order we will send you an email to confirm when the order is ready for pickup. We aim to have Click & Collect orders ready within 24 hours.
