Cranfields regularly sends items safely throughout New Zealand and around the world.
Standard NZ shipping rates are:
- Small Items (readers,wallets etc) $4.50
- North Island $7.50
- South Island $10
- Rural and Outer Islands (eg. Waiheke, Great Barrier) Delivery add $6
All items are tracked but do not require a signature. Gift vouchers have free delivery. Note these are electronic and only usable on line. Please contact us if you like a hard copy to be used instore.
Note these rates do not apply to bulky items like furniture. Please email us for a delivery quote on oversized items.
Rates for standard items being shipped internationally are:
- Australia $45
- USA, China, Hong Kong - $75
- UK and Europe $85
- Rest of the World $95
If an item is oversized we will get back to you regarding additional shipping costs.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, generally the next week day after receipt.

Items are shipped within New Zealand via Post Haste, and to Australia and the rest of the world via New Zealand Post. Most NZ parcels arrive within three - five working days from being sent.
Cranfields are reliant on their delivery partners to ensure your delivery is made as soon as possible. There may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process.
Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces not all items are always available. While we endeavour to keep the Website’s inventory levels current, sometimes technology lets us down and we are unable to supply an ordered item. If a product ordered is no longer we will contact you immediately with alternatives however, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. For more information please click here.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. All products are carefully packaged by us to ensure they reach you safely.
If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact our courier company directly to sort out any claims.
If you have received a faulty item we will replace the item. If the product is out of stock we will refund your money.
If for any reason you are not happy with your product please contact us immediately. We need to be notified of your intention to return an item within 2 working days of receipt of your order, and receive the returned item within 10 working days of receipt of your order. Returned products must be in original condition and securely packaged. Once they have arrived back safely we will either exchange it, provide a store credit or refund the purchase price at our discretion.
Please note that unless an item is faulty, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Unfortunately items purchased on sale in store, or online are final are unable to be returned or exchanged.
