Cranfields regularly sends items safely throughout New Zealand and around the world.
Standard NZ shipping rates are:
- Free shipping | Orders over $130
- Flat Rate Shipping | Small item $4.50
- Flat Rate Shipping | Rest of New Zealand $9.00 includes RD
- Bulky items are excluded from these flat rates, this includes all furniture and larger items
All items are tracked and require a signature. Gift vouchers have free delivery. Note that gift vouchers are available as either Electronic for use on line or a Hand rendered copy to be used in-store.
Rates for standard items being shipped internationally are:
- Australia $45
- USA, China, Hong Kong $75
- UK and Europe $85
- Rest of the World $95
If an item is oversized, we will get back to you regarding additional shipping costs.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, generally the next business day after receipt. We offer a next working day courier service for major cities and towns in the North Island of New Zealand. Rural and South Island New Zealand addresses will take at least an extra working day. At most, your delivery should arrive within 4 working days from time of order.
Items are shipped within New Zealand via Fastways couriers and to the rest of the world via New Zealand Post. Most NZ parcels arrive within three - five working days from being sent.
Cranfields are reliant on their delivery partners to ensure your delivery is made as soon as possible. There may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process.
Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces not all items are always available. While we endeavour to keep the Website’s inventory levels current, sometimes technology lets us down and we are unable to supply an ordered item. If a product ordered is no longer we will contact you immediately with alternatives however, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. To see our terms and conditions, please click here.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. All products are carefully packaged by us to ensure they reach you safely.
If the product has been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and we will contact our courier company directly to sort out any claims.
If you have received a faulty item, we will replace or repair the item. If the product is out of stock, we will refund your money.
If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us immediately. We need to be notified of your intention to return an item within 4 days of receipt of your order, and receive the returned item within 10 working days of receipt of your order. Returned products must be in original condition and securely packaged. Once they have arrived back safely we will either exchange it, provide a store credit or refund the purchase price at our discretion.
Please note that unless an item is faulty, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, items purchased on sale in store, or online cannot be returned or exchanged.
